My Teaware

Something modern and something traditional. How do you store yours?

  1. Hi.
I hope i will not offend you. I really like some of the teaware and the tetsubin. But for me, the modern furniture is awful. I think that combination of classical and modern things is not the right way. But this is only my humble opininon, other people can see it completely differnet.

    1. Hi! Of course not :-) I wanted to show it as example of some more modern aproach to tea. In fact, I like both traditional and modern, but I wanted to try this (for now)
Btw. I hope I will get some new tetsubin soon :-) That one is glazed inside and it is chinese.. very cheap, but still better than electric kettle..

    2. I am also thinking about new tetsubin, but offer of different vendors is very limited. It is rather hard to get "real" tetsubin with proper inside...

  2. Hi,
Aren't those some kind of audiophile shelves? Anyway, as long as if fits your needs and that you find this aesthetically pleasing you shouldn't care about others' points of view.
I personaly have teaware, teas and other tea-related stuff stored in various places in my place... actually just where I can find enough room left!
By the way, nice teaware; a lot of different shapes, clays and countries, very eclectic :)

    1. Hi! You are right! We used it for amps, DVDs etc.. I wanted to try how it will look :-) Hah I had it same way as you, but it annoyed me after a while :-D I never knew where I put some particular piece of teaware..
Teaware is strong addiction :-D but I haven´t bought anything in a long time. But soon I will have a new tea stove from Petr Novak :-)
